  •  Rubber mats and automatic watering in each stall.

  •  Indoor area 72'  X 115 harrowed and watered regularly.

  •  Large outdoor arena 100' X 200'.

  •  Custom feeding program to meet each horses needs.

  •  Daily private or semi-private turnout to 16 grass pastures or 3  dry lots with safe wood fence.

  •  Fly sheets and sprays.

  •  Feet picked daily.

  •  Stalls cleaned 1-2 times daily.

  •  Trailer parking.

  •  Minor medical care.

  •  Fans in the summer.

  •  Heated barn to 45 degrees in the Winter months.
