Facility (built in 2005)
This modern, well-maintained facility has the following features:
- Indoor arena (sand and shredded rubber mixture) which is harrowed and well-watered regularly. Arena has fans and
good cross ventilation for summer riding, and is attached to the barn for easy access in foul weather.
- Outdoor arena with all- weather footing.
- Daily private or semi-private turnout on large, grass pastures with wood fencing.
- Pastures are well-maintained, seeded and fertilized regularly and have automatic, heated waterers.
- Spacious, airy stalls with automatic waterers that are cleaned 1-2 times daily.
- Barn is heated in winter to a temperature consistent with healthy management of horses
- Barns, tack rooms, and feed rooms are swept daily and kept clean and free of debris.
- Full-equipped wash stalls with hot and cold water.
- Lounge area that is heated and air-conditioned, with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Lounge area has observation
window onto the indoor arena.
- Tack rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and well-lit with individual lockers.
- High quality feed and hay program personalized for each horse.
- Excellent veterinary and farrier services with options for chiropractor visits.
ROEC is operated based on the highest respect and care for horse and rider, and maintains a friendly,
